I’m a strong believer that training like a triathlete–even if you have no interest in competing in a triathlon–is a great way to maintain and build a healthy lifestyle. If you do, however, succumb to the urge to toe the line and enter an event, Matt Cook offers some great tips to help make your first triathlon an enjoyable success. And don’t be surprised if the vibe generated by being around hundreds of healthy and active individuals becomes addictive.
